Native content editing experience with RTL languages

The users who run the C1 Console in Arabic or another RTL (right-to-left) UI language now get a complete native RTL UI experience. The whole C1 Console is now mirrored compared to LTR (left-to-right) languages, and this includes editing RTL content, too.
