C1 CMS Versions supported

This package requires CMS version 4.2 or newer (Build: 4.2.5249.32246).

Installation steps

1. Log into the CMS Console as an administrator.
2. Go to the "System" perspective.
3. Open the folders “Packages” | “Available Packages” | " Composite.Community".
4. Select " Composite.Community.LinkedIn.ProfileButton" and click “Install”.
5. Complete the wizard.

How to get the LinkedIn public profile URL

To use the button, you should provide the URL to a LinkedIn public profile.

To learn the URL to your LinkedIn public profile:

1. Log in to your LinkedIn account.
2. Click Settings in the top-right drop-down menu.
3. Click Edit your public profile.
4. Copy the URL under Your public profile URL, that might look like http://www.linkedin.com/in/johndoe
