Show website files as a media store and allow linking to them.

This add-on exposes website files in the Media perspective as a read-only media store and allows CMS Console users to link to them when editing content on pages etc.

By default, this add-on creates a folder named "download" in the root of the website and exposes it as a media store in the Media perspective under the name of "Static files from ~/download".

When editing content in Visual or Code Editors, you can thus insert images and links from this media store in the same manner you do with the default media store called the "Media Archive".
