We would love to assist getting your C1 CMS solution up and running on the latest version. Please start with providing us some information about your solution, and we will get back to you with a fixed price.

You might need assistance from your tech guy to fill out a few of the fields.

IMPORTANT: C1 CMS 4.1, C1 CMS 4.2 and C1 CMS 4.3 are running .NET 4.5 so your hosting should be ready to run it. 
If you hosting doesn't support .NET 4.5 you can upgrade your website only to C1 CMS 4.0 maximum.

Upgrade process (for customers hosted on our hosting)

  1. We take the website and perform an upgrade
  2. We provide you with the testing url, where you can test the upgraded website
  3. You are testing the website, and replying if it's OK, or pointing to bugs/issues if they will appear while testing.
    NOTE: We will give you the time for testing, but you should finish the testing before the deadline.
  4. We're fixing the bugs/issues which you have found while testing
  5. Now we're ready to upgrade the live website.
    IMPORTANT: While upgrading the live website, you should STOP editing it completely.
  6. After an upgrade complete we're informing you that upgrade was completed and you can work with your website again.

Upgrade process (for customers hosted on other hosting)

  1. You're making the ZIP of the website + DB dump (if you're using SQL version) and giving it to us (your of our FTP server).
  2. We're creating the environment for an upgrade.
  3. We're performing an upgrade of the website.
  4. We provide you with the testing url, where you can test the upgraded website
  5. You are testing the website, and replying if it's OK, or pointing to bugs/issues if they will appear while testing.
    NOTE: We will give you the time for testing, but you should finish the testing before the deadline.
  6. We're fixing the bugs/issues which you have found while testing.
  7. Now we're ready to upgrade the live website.
    IMPORTANT: While upgrading the live website, you should STOP editing it completely.
  8. You're giving us the fresh ZIP of the live website + DB dump (if you're using SQL version).
  9. We're quickly performing an upgrade and giving you back the ZIP of the website + DB dump.
  10. After that you can launch the upgraded website and start working with it.
