C1 CMS Versions supported

This package requires CMS version 4.2 or newer (Build: 4.2.5249.32246).

Installation steps

1. Log into the CMS Console as an administrator.
2. Go to the "System" perspective.
3. Open the folders “Packages” | “Available Packages” | " Composite.Community.UserEcho".
4. Select " Composite.Community.UserEcho.FeedbackWidget" and click “Install”.
5. Complete the wizard.

Registering a UserEcho account

If you have no UserEcho account, please register.

Getting your project URL and forum ID at UserEcho

To add the widget to your website:

1. Log in to your UserEcho account.
2. Create a project specifying your website and an alias.
3. Copy your project's URL at UserEcho ('YOUR_ALIAS.userecho.com').
4. Copy your forum's ID at UserEcho (e.g. '4567').

To find out your forum's ID:

1. On your project's page (e.g. 'http://YOUR_ALIAS.userecho.com') locate the "Forums" section on the right.
2. Hover over "General" and make a note of the numbers in the URL.

For example, '4567' in 'http://YOUR_ALIAS.userecho.com/forum/4567-general/'.
