How to update your Composite C1 site

We have released a patch for Composite C1 2.0 SP1 and made a package available that will upgrade all 2.0 releases to this release. The patch fix an issue with page data folders where translation features are not functioning. Beside from fixing this issue the patch will also give you access to new packages, like a News package.

Even if you do not need the patch we encourage you to go install it, just to see how easy version upgrades are with Composite C1.

Below is a video showing the process and the basic steps are:

1. Create a backup of your website directory.
2. In the C1 Console, go to the System perspective and open "Packages | Available Packages | Composite.Updates"
3. Select the Patch 1 package and execute the "Package Info" command
4. Click Install and complete the wizard
5. When directed to do so, empty your browser cache (recommended)
